Bower provides a multimodal AI lakehouse platform that enables organizations to:

• Store, manage, and analyze multimodal data
• Train and deploy AI models
• Collaborate on data science projects
• Access pre-trained models and datasets
• Integrate with existing data infrastructure

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code

5.2 User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

5.3 Feedback: Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the Service is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback without any obligation to you.

7. Payment Terms

7.2 Payment Methods: You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees payable during your subscription term.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 "As Is" Service: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BOWER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL BOWER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bower and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
