Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Bower grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the geolocation intelligence Service for your own internal business or personal purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sub-license any part of the Service or included software. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service or any software or data within it.
The Service is an AI-powered geolocation analysis platform that uses computer vision and machine learning to analyze images or other geospatial inputs and generate location-related insights ("Results").
Important – Accuracy and Privacy Safeguards
You acknowledge that geolocation Results are intended to be approximate and not exact. In order to protect individual privacy and prevent misuse, the Service may intentionally limit the precision or accuracy of location outputs. The Service is not designed for real-time or exact tracking of any person or object.
Bower reserves the right to add, change, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service or any feature at any time, with or without notice.
To access certain features or areas of the Service, you may need to create a user account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update such information promptly if it changes.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@bower.site of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Service are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to provide data to Bower for analysis. You further represent that submitting the data to the Service will not violate any law or any third party's rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or data protection rights.
Free and Paid Tiers
Bower may offer the Service in various plans or tiers, including a free/basic version and one or more paid premium versions with additional features or higher usage limits.
Payment Terms
If you sign up for a premium or paid plan, you must provide a valid payment method and accurate billing information. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include:
Illegal Activities
Using the Service for any purpose that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Stalking or Personal Surveillance
Using the Service to stalk, spy on, harass, or harm any individual without their knowledge and consent.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Uploading or transmitting any content that infringes intellectual property rights of others.
Unauthorized Access and Hacking
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related systems.
Bower reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of Bower and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Bower a license to process it for Service operation and improvement.
You agree to:

- •Exercise independent verification when acting on results
- •Use the Service ethically and in compliance with laws
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Bower disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Bower's total liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months or $100 USD. Bower is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify Bower from claims arising from your use of the Service, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Bower may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service end immediately.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida courts.
Bower may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bower regarding the Service.
